Each session is thoughtfully curated to meet you exactly where you are, blending mindful movement, breath, and intention. Taylor is certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Yin, Restorative, Aerial, SUP, Chakra, Kapha, Shamana, Kundalini, and Primal Yoga, with additional expertise in Mat Pilates and Barre. Begin the day with a warm welcome and Golden Hour goodie bag, followed by an Autumn Spice Cacao Ceremony to set intentions and open the heart. We’ll move into a Mantra + Pranayama workshop, using sacred sound and breath to cultivate presence and balance.
Flow into Primal Vinyasa, an embodied yoga practice designed to build warmth, strength, and fluid movement for the season. Midday includes an ahimsa-aligned vegetarian charcuterie snack and time to enjoy optional contrast therapy—sauna, ice bath, LED facial therapy, compression boots, and a vibroacoustic relaxation reset.
In the afternoon, slow down with a Chunky Knit Blanket Weaving Workshop led by guest instructor Kelly. As evening approaches, unwind with Yin Yoga + Reiki and essential oils, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath with crystal singing bowls and grounding frequencies.
We close the day with a gratitude circle and intention ritual, sealing the experience in connection and presence.

Ground, create, and gather in the magic of fall.
Begin the day with a warm welcome and Golden Hour goodie bag, followed by an Autumn Spice Cacao Ceremony to set intentions and open the heart. We’ll move into a Mantra + Pranayama workshop, using sacred sound and breath to cultivate presence and balance.
Flow into Primal Vinyasa, an embodied yoga practice designed to build warmth, strength, and fluid movement for the season. Midday includes an ahimsa-aligned vegetarian charcuterie snack and time to enjoy optional contrast therapy—sauna, ice bath, LED facial therapy, compression boots, and a vibroacoustic relaxation reset.
In the afternoon, slow down with a Chunky Knit Blanket Weaving Workshop led by guest instructor Kelly. As evening approaches, unwind with Yin Yoga + Reiki and essential oils, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath with crystal singing bowls and grounding frequencies.
We close the day with a gratitude circle and intention ritual, sealing the experience in connection and presence.
