Begin your Thanksgiving morning grounded in peace and community.
Join Taylor for a FREE 60-minute Yin Yoga + Sound Bowl experience designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect to gratitude. Each pose will be supported by the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, closing with a deeply restorative sound bath in savasana.

What is Yin Yoga & Sound Bath?
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that melts tension and restores balance through long, supported poses. Paired with the vibrations of sound bowls, this practice calms your mind, softens your body, and helps you connect deeply to gratitude — the perfect Thanksgiving ritual. 🧡

The Full Moon Yoga on the Lake was such a calming and grounding experience. From the start, she made everyone feel welcome, no matter their experience. The setting was so peaceful — the moonlight, the water, and the flow all came together perfectly. I left feeling lighter, more centered, and with a clear mind to set real intentions. It was exactly what I needed, and I’m already looking forward to joining more of her classes. 🌕🧘‍♀️✨

I've taken several different types of classes at LOZ Yoga & Pilates. They are all fantastic work out and I certainly feel stronger in many ways. I've also done a couple of drop-in classes just to try new challenges. But this REFORM class was so different. Very zen-like with the vibe, slow, deliberate movement. By the end of class I was whipped, in that workout kind of way. Truly looking forward to the remaining weeks.
