The full moon symbolizes illumination, release, and renewal. It invites us to let go of what no longer serves us and step into clarity, gratitude, and new cycles—aligning our energy with nature’s rhythm.

🧘 Yoga + Sound Bath
Enjoy an all-levels, one-hour yoga class with grounding postures, gentle flows, and heart-opening stretches. We’ll close with a 15-minute sound bath savasana, letting healing vibrations restore balance and peace.
